Research clusters & pathways

If you are starting from "scratch" and have no idea of what you want to do, you can begin with a career interest assessment. This asks you a few questions about what you like, what interests you, and the way you like to work. You'll have a few recommendations to work with.

These are big decisions, and you need to learn about what is out there. We don't expect you to know all the answers. That is why we have these resources available to you. 

We have gathered a few resources to help you explore, prepare, and launch your career. No matter where you are in your decision-making, we have resources that can help you achieve success.

Use one or more of these free resources to discover any number of careers that may be of interest to you. Remember that these are only here as a tool. They are not meant to indicate what you WILL do...only to suggest areas for you to learn more about. If you find something you like, learn more about it and how you can build a career around it. 

Not sure what you're interested in? Begin with a career interest assessment. There are several to choose from. This one comes from O*NET, a widely used interest profiler tool that has helped millions of students explore their career interests.  

This is meant to be a starting point. It is only meant to identify interests and not categorize you permanently. This is a place to begin. The assessment is free and can help you begin the process to decide what you want to do or what to study.
